In today’s dental practices, it often feels like there’s never enough time.
Time to focus on leadership. Time to strengthen communication. Time to build a culture that supports both team members and patients. Between managing schedules, navigating staffing challenges, and delivering exceptional patient care, many teams spend their days solving immediate problems without having the opportunity to step back and focus on the bigger picture.
That’s exactly why The Summit Retreat Series was created.
Taking place October 15–18, 2026, at the breathtaking Royal Creek Ranches in Rush Valley, Utah, this immersive retreat offers dental practice owners, office managers, leadership teams, and key team members an opportunity to step away from daily operations and invest in the foundation of long-term success.
Presented by Rebecca Herring of Transformational Dental Coaching and Jamie Marboe of Marboe Consulting, The Summit Retreat Series is not a traditional conference. Instead of sitting through back-to-back presentations and returning home with pages of notes, attendees will experience a carefully designed retreat focused on growth, connection, leadership, and implementation.
The retreat is built around five foundational growth pillars that support thriving practices:
Strengths & Self-Awareness
Every successful team begins with understanding the unique strengths of its members. Attendees will gain insight into how individual talents contribute to collective success and learn practical ways to leverage those strengths more effectively.
Mindset & Core Beliefs
The beliefs we hold shape our decisions, our leadership style, and ultimately our results. Through guided discussions and reflection, participants will explore the mindsets that influence their teams and their practices.
Culture & Team Unity
Strong cultures don’t happen by accident. They are intentionally built through trust, communication, and shared values. This retreat creates space for teams to reconnect, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper sense of unity.
Leadership & Communication
Clear communication and confident leadership are essential for every successful dental practice. Attendees will learn practical strategies for leading with clarity, managing challenges, and fostering greater collaboration.
Shared Direction & Momentum
When a team shares a common vision, progress becomes easier and more sustainable. Participants will leave with a stronger sense of purpose and a plan for carrying that momentum back into their practices.
Beyond the educational sessions, attendees will enjoy luxury accommodations, gourmet meals, team-building experiences, and the stunning natural beauty of Utah’s mountain landscape. Set on 1,100 acres, Royal Creek Ranches provides the perfect environment for meaningful conversations, reflection, and growth.
The experience begins Thursday evening with a welcome gathering, continues through full retreat days on Friday and Saturday, and concludes Sunday morning with a final session and breakfast. Every attendee will also receive a pre-retreat strengths assessment and workbook to help maximize their experience.
At its heart, The Summit Retreat Series is about getting back to basics—strengthening the people, relationships, and leadership that support a thriving practice.
Because before the systems, the protocols, and the production goals, there must be a strong foundation.
If you’re ready to invest in your team, your leadership, and your future, we invite you to join us.
